To become a member of BranchOut UK, all registrants must be qualified tree care professionals. With a variety of qualifications available, we advise service users to ensure their qualifications align with the specific requirements of their role.
It is likely you will receive a telephone call from a BOUK team member so we can confirm your job request.
We will inform our members in your geographical area that we have received your enquiry.
They will access the member area where your details are stored and contact you by email, unless you give us permission to share your telephone number (we will ask you for permission).
You can of course share your telephone number directly with them when they email you.
The user has the freedom to choose who to connect with for a quote and to complete the necessary work, with no obligation to accept any quotation. If they choose to accept a quotation, it creates an agreement between the user and the tree surgeon, company, or sole trader.

In the rare event the standards of work fall below the standard you expect, you must contact the company/person in the first instance. We are unable to act in any capacity to arbitrate between parties.
As more tree surgeons join our network, we will broaden our coverage across the UK. If we have no members in your area, we'll work to find one who can register and respond to your enquiry.
